Doctor Dashboard Guide

Go to Login Page

Click "Help" → "Portal Login" or go directly to the login page

Select "Doctor" Tab

Click on the "Doctor" tab at the top of the login form

Enter Your Credentials

Enter your email and password, then click "Login"

Access Dashboard

After login, you'll see your dashboard with today's appointments

View Patient List

See patient names, appointment times, and reasons for visit

View Patient Details

Click on a patient's name to see their full history and previous prescriptions

Select Patient

Click on the patient you want to write a prescription for

Click "Write Prescription"

Open the prescription form

Enter Diagnosis & Medicines

Fill in the diagnosis, medicines, dosage, and duration

Add Advice & Follow-up

Include any special instructions and set a follow-up date if needed

Save & Print

Click "Save Prescription" and optionally print a copy for the patient

Select Patient

Choose the patient you want to send a reminder to

Click "Send Reminder"

Open the reminder options

Choose Message Type

Select from pre-defined messages or write a custom one:

• 💊 Medicine reminder
• 📅 Follow-up reminder
• 🏥 Appointment reminder
• 📝 Custom message

Send via WhatsApp or SMS

Choose your preferred method and send

Find the Appointment

Locate the appointment in your today's list

Update Status

Click the status button and select:

• ✅ Completed - Patient has been seen
• ⏳ In Progress - Currently with patient
• ❌ Cancelled - Patient didn't show
• 🔄 Rescheduled - Moved to another date

Add Notes (Optional)

Add any relevant notes for your records

Go to Content Section

Click "My Content" in the dashboard sidebar

Add New Content

Click "Add New" and choose content type:

• 📝 Health Tip / Article
• 🎥 Video (YouTube link)
• 📸 Photo with caption

Fill in Details

Add title, description, and upload any media

Publish

Click "Publish" to make it visible on the website's "Health Corner" section
